Mehdi is a holder of an Energy Engineering Degree since 2007.  He is an HSE and Risk Management Expert with excessive experience in HSE Management System development and implementation, and in HSE culture enhancing in different types of industries.

His HSE expertise was developed thanks to the years he spent in different oil and gas projects with multi-disciplined teams and activities in different countries (Tunisia, France, Nigeria, Soudan…).

Since 2016, he is doing the HSE and Risk Director for Safran Tunisia, a key player in the propulsion and aerospace equipment, space, and defense sectors.

He is a firm believer that protecting people and preserving the environment is a key indicator for any project or business and he is acting to enhance the HSE culture at a national level through the creation of a Tunisian Safety Professionals group in order to share knowledge and best practices for safety society.
